RETURN POLICY

Please place orders carefully for it is a long established practice that sheet music is not returnable, unless:

• Product is defective; or

• Shipment is incorrect.

For defective or incorrect shipments ONLY, we will replace the item(s) if we receive the item(s) in its original condition within 10 days after request for exchange.

Requests for exchange must be e-mailed to PEIOrders@gmail.com WITHIN 3 DAYS after receipt of original shipment.

HOW TO RETURN FOR EXCHANGE

E-mail us at PEIOrders@gmail.com within the first 3 days after receipt of your order.
We will answer your e-mail with further instructions for exchange.
